HelloSolo was born from frustration. As freelancers, we were tired of juggling 4 subscriptions, fighting clunky interfaces, and paying more every year for the same features.
Our story
We started as freelancers using every tool in the book: HoneyBook for proposals, Dubsado for contracts, FreshBooks for invoicing, Toggl for time tracking. Every month, we paid $150+ and still spent hours on admin.
Then HoneyBook raised their prices. Again. And locked the AI features we actually wanted behind an even more expensive tier. That was the last straw.
We asked a simple question: what if one tool could do everything, used AI in ways that actually saved time, and cost less than any single competitor?
