Create an invoice

HelloSolo invoicing connects directly to your time tracking and projects.

From tracked time

  1. 1Go to Dashboard > Invoices > New Invoice
  2. 2Select the client and project
  3. 3Click Import Time Entries to pull in tracked hours
  4. 4Review line items and adjust as needed
  5. 5Send to your client

Manual invoice

  1. 1Go to Dashboard > Invoices > New Invoice
  2. 2Select the client
  3. 3Add line items manually
  4. 4Set the due date
  5. 5Send

Payment options

  • Clients pay directly through Stripe via your portal
  • Supports credit cards and bank transfers
  • Automatic payment receipts

Automatic reminders

HelloSolo sends automatic payment reminders:

  • 3 days before the due date
  • On the due date
  • 7 days after the due date (if still unpaid)

You can customize or disable reminders in Settings.
