Your client portal is where clients view proposals, sign contracts, pay invoices, and track project progress.

Access your portal

Your portal lives at hellosolo.co/your-workspace-slug. You set this during onboarding.

Branding options

Go to Settings > Portal to customize:

  • Logo: Upload your business logo
  • Colors: Set your brand color (used for buttons and accents)
  • Tagline: Add a short welcome message

What clients see

  • Intake form: Submit project inquiries
  • Proposals: View and accept proposals
  • Contracts: Review and sign contracts
  • Invoices: View and pay invoices
  • Projects: Track project progress and milestones

White-label (Studio and Agency plans)

On Studio ($59/mo) and Agency ($99/mo) plans, you get full white-label branding:

  • Remove HelloSolo branding entirely
  • Custom domain support (coming soon)
  • Full color customization
