Create your HelloSolo account

Getting started with HelloSolo takes less than 5 minutes. Here's how:

1. Sign up

Visit hellosolo.co/signup and enter your email address. You'll receive a magic link to verify your account -- no password needed.

2. Set up your workspace

After signing in, you'll be guided through onboarding:

  • Business name: This appears on your client portal and documents
  • Your name: Used in proposals, contracts, and invoices
  • Logo: Upload your logo for branded documents (optional, can add later)

3. Connect Stripe

To accept payments, connect your Stripe account. If you don't have one, Stripe will walk you through creating one. This step is optional -- you can skip it and connect later in Settings.

4. Explore your dashboard

Your dashboard shows:

  • AI Suggestions: Proactive alerts about your business
  • Revenue metrics: Track your income at a glance
  • Pipeline: See where your proposals and invoices stand
  • Quick actions: Create clients, proposals, and invoices in one click
